Accompanying Person For The Social Event

For every accompanying person an additional € 40 is being charged. This fee includes only the participation in the EVENING SOCIAL EVENT.

Additional paper presentation

For authors of more than one paper: If you are co-author of a second paper and you want to present both at the conference, a fee of € 200 will be charged. In this case, please provide the submission details below:

If you need an invitation letter for VISA purposes, please provide the following information.

After filling the registration form, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an official receipt of payment.
