For your stay in Berlin, we have negotiated special conditions for you at the hotels listed. The hotel rooms are available from Tuesday, 4th October until Friday, 7th October 2022. If you book in one of the hotels, please indicate the code word GCSM. Please be so kind to book a room in one of the hotels as soon as possible because there are many congresses and events in Berlin in October.
Please note the following:
The city of Berlin has levied an overnight tax on all hotel stays since January 1, 2014. The tax amount
to 5 % of the net charge of the overnight stay plus VAT.
Overnight stays for business reasons are exempt from the tax, whereby the business reason must be
proven. The hotels are obliged to pay the tax to the city of Berlin in all cases where this proof is not
provided.
