Registration Guidelines for GCSM 2026

Step-by-Step Registration Process

  1. Click the Registration Button Below
    • Navigate to the “Registration” button below and click on the “Register Now” button.
  2. Local Institutional Affiliation
    • Are you affiliated with a Sri Lankan research institution or university?: Select “Yes” or “No”.
  3. Fill Out Participant Details
      • Full Name: Enter your full legal name as it appears on your passport.
      • Full Name: Enter your full legal name as it appears on your passport.
      • Address: Enter full address including zip code and country
      • Email Address: Provide a valid email address for conference communications.
      • Organisation: Enter your institution or company name.
      • Phone Number: Provide a contact number, including country code.
      • Email Address: Provide email address for confirmations and further guidelines if required.
  4. Paper Presentation Details
    • Are You Presenting More Than One Paper?: Select “Yes” or “No”.
    • Please note that each participant is allowed to present up to two papers only.
    • Type of Participation: Indicate whether you are:
      • Presenting a Paper
      • Attending Only
    • If presenting, provide the title(s) and paper ID number.
    • If only attending then Type in 00 in the paper ID and Title Sections
  5. Invitation Letter for Visa Purposes
    • If you require an invitation letter to Sri Lanka for visa purposes or other reasons, please click the link to proceed to the invitation letter request page after completing your registration..
    • A pop-up form will appear requesting additional information:
      • Passport Number: Enter your passport number.
      • Date of Birth: Enter your date of birth.
      • Nationality: Indicate your nationality.
  6. Select Method Of Payment and Submit
    • Review all entered information for accuracy.
    • Choose method of payment Card or Offline
    • Click Pay to Submit your request
  7. Confirmation
    • You will receive a confirmation email with your registration details and further instructions.
