- From Senai Airport (Johor Bahru):
- By bus:
Take the Causeway Link airport express shuttle bus from the airport to JB Sentral Station (http://www.causewaylink.com.my/airport-non-airasia). From JB Sentral Station, you can walk to Puteri Pacific Hotel. Alternatively, you can take the SkyBus shuttle bus to Puteri Pacific Hotel (http://skybus.com.my/skybus-johor-bahru/). Tickets cost RM8 one-way and the journey time is about 40 minutes. - By Taxi:
Taxis leaving from the airport operate on a coupon system. Buy your coupon from the taxi counter located on the Ground Floor of the airport. A trip to Puteri Pacific Hotel is RM45 for up to 4 passengers. Journey time is about 30 minutes.

- By bus:
- Option 1: Take the Transtar Cross Border Service TS1 minibus (24 passengers). The service starts at the coach stands at Terminals 1, 2 & 3 at Changi Airport and terminates at Kotaraya Bus Terminal. The one-way fare from Changi Airport to Johor Bahru is S$7 for adults and S$3.50 for children. The first bus leaves Changi Airport for Johor Bahru at 8.15am, with the last departure at Changi Airport is scheduled at 11:15pm. http://www.changiairport.com/getting-around/to-and-from-the-airport/coach-to-johor-bahru-malaysia
- Option 2: At Changi airport, walk to its subway/MRT station. Take the MRT and go to either the Kranji station or Woodlands station. (http://www.smrt.com.sg/Trains/NetworkMap.aspx) .The cost is S$2.20 and it takes about 70 minutes. After alighting from the Kranji station or Woodlands station, take SBS Transit public (non-express) bus (No. 160 or 170) (http://www.sbstransit.com.sg/index.aspx) or Causeway Link bus (No. CW1) (http://www.causewaylink.com.my/singapore-bus) to reach Johor Bahru.
- By Taxi: Only specially licensed taxis are allowed to operate across the border, and they are available at Queen Street Terminal in Bugis (http://wikitravel.org/en/Singapore/Bugis). So, from Changi airport, you need to take a regular taxi to Queen Street terminal. This may cost about S$20. At the Queen Street taxi terminal, find the booth to queue/take the taxi to Johor Bahru. The ‘basic’ direct taxi service from this terminal to the Kotaraya Bus terminal costs S$10 per person or S$40 per car. The main advantage of doing this, as opposed to just taking a bus, is that you don’t need to lug your stuff (or yourself) through Customs at both ends; you can just sit in the car. This service is also available 24 hours a day, unlike the bus.

From Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA):
From KLIA, take a domestic flight to Johor Bahru (Senai Airport) and follow the options described above. Alternatively, from KLIA, you can take the KLIA transit train (http://www.kliaekspres.com/plan-buy/schedule/) to Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS) at Bandar Tasik Selatan in Kuala Lumpur (http://www.tbsbts.com.my/). At this terminal, take an express bus to Johor Bahru. The travelling time to Johor Bahru is about 4 to 4.5 hours and there are plenty of bus operators to choose from. The bus will stop at the Larkin Bus Terminal in Johor Bahru, from which you can take a taxi to Puteri Pacific Hotel. -
From Low Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT), Kuala Lumpur:
From LCCT, take a domestic flight to Johor Bahru (Senai Airport) and follow the options described above. Alternatively, from LCCT, you can take a shuttle bus to the Salak Tinggi station and then take the KLIA transit train (http://www.kliaekspres.com/travel-with-us/klia-transit-to-lcct/) to Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS) at Bandar Tasik Selatan in Kuala Lumpur (http://www.tbsbts.com.my/). At this terminal, take an express bus to Johor Bahru. The bus will stop at the Larkin Bus Terminal in Johor Bahru, from which you can take a taxi to Puteri Pacific Hotel.
