A proven leader with over 30 years of experience in the wastewater industry and an array of onsite water management products that allow for faster and more reliable installations. Quality, reliability and innovation are the cornerstones of Infiltrator’s success. Infiltrator chamber systems, IM-Series tanks, and EZflow systems allow the Infiltrator customer one proven, reliable source for nearly all of their onsite wastewater needs. Infiltrator is the leading manufacturer of onsite wastewater system products in North America. Over 2.5 million Infiltrator onsite wastewater leachfield systems have been installed worldwide and nearly 50% of septic systems installed in the United States and Canada are Infiltrator chamber or EZflow leachfields. Beginning in 1987, Infiltrator products have stood the test-of-time with an established history of performance and reliability.

Infiltrator products are an environmentally sustainable solution when compared to traditional construction materials due to the significant reduction in energy used to produce them and their high usage of recycled plastics. Champion Polymer, Infiltrator Water Technologies’ recycling division, purchases and processes plastic scrap for use in the production of Infiltrator products. As one of the top plastics recyclers in North America, Infiltrator puts millions of pounds of scrap polyolefin resins to use in our environmentally friendly products each year. Learn more about Infiltrator Water Technologies at infiltratorsystems.com.

The Infiltrator tour will showcase a world class recycling program. Infiltrator recycles over 100 million pounds of post-industrial and post-consumer plastics each year. With more than 850,000 square feet of building space dedicated to storing and processing recycled plastics, Infiltrator is one of the top 25 recyclers in North America. A Critical element to successfully recycling plastics is a robust testing process which is managed by Infiltrator’s in-house ISO certified materials testing laboratory. The Infiltrator lab qualifies and classifies all material used in the production of Infiltrator production before the material is blended and sent to one of their 20 injection molding presses. All parts handled using an extensive network of robots and conveyers. Throughout the entire process, the Infiltrator quality team inspects and tests materials and parts continuously to ensure they will meet the long-term performance requirements of wastewater and water system applications. The Infiltrator team built three of the world’s largest injection molding machines in-house which produce a number of the largest injection molded parts in the world.
